Modules

This module is an introduction to the online platform for the ICHP (Moodle), where students will acquire some basic skills that will be needed throughout the Course.

The objective of this module is to briefly introduce the four following modules and give the student an introduction to Holokinetic Psychology and its implications.

The objective of this module is:

To learn the basics of some mental illnesses that are diagnosed in Axis 1.

To learn to differentiate the mental illnesses of Axis 1 that with medical treatment benefit from Unitary Perception, and those that, with or without medical treatment, don't benefit.

To introduce the student to what Freud called "The Defense Mechanisms" (the most valuable contribution to the old paradigm in psychology made by Sigmund Freud), which offers a greater understanding of that mental precinct that in Holokinetic Psychology we call Precinct C.

Introduce the student to the New Paradigm in Psychology and its main object of study, Unitary Perception.

This module presents the student with the scientific foundations for Holokinetic Psychology, which stem from diverse findings in various fields of science.

The fundamental concepts of Holokinetic Psychology will be studied, together with its intellectual history, the concepts derived from David Bohm's breakthrough in Physics with its multiple implications, and the impact of the New Paradigm in Psychology in areas such as epistemology and language.

In this module, we will go through literature about the New Paradigm in Psychology and its teaching.

We will also look at the chronology of this transcendental discovery.
By the end of Module 3, students will be able to answer general questions about Unitary Perception and Holokinetic Psychology, as well as about the structure of society.
Students will learn to recognize the egocentric, temporal and hypnotic - and therefore incoherent- language. They will be capable of understanding the language that is coherent with the fact of Unitary Perception.

Exegesis is the interpretation of old writings, especially the ones regarded as Sacred. RFG has worked with these texts in an attempt to explain them, and there seems to be a message in some of them which points to communicating Unitary Perception. He has also made documental and personal investigation resulting in several books where he recovers the essence of Christianity, the message of the Buddha, as well as Lao Tse’s Tao Te King. This investigation allows us to see that if we consider holonomy, we can decipher much of the implicit message in those words. The study of this module has a special value, because the mystical and religious worldviews condition more than 90 % of the world’s population, and this study allows us to explain Unitary Perception from exegesis. This module has a cultural value, exposing the student to Latin America’s most prominent religion, Christianity, which today conditions the whole of life in this hemisphere. Patients often ask about the relevance of Unitary Perception when reading or hearing statements such as “Unitary Perception is the most important thing in life”. So, by studying these texts, we can acquire the ability of answering those questions in their own terms, then making the attempt of Unitary Perception potentially easier, and with the minimum of resistance and distortion.

This space is dedicated to the composition, submission and revision of the student's Final Essay, in which he or she will integrate the knowledge acquired along the four Modules in a writing, using the polished language of Holokinetic Psychology.
